Hi, I’m Anna, my role is Operations Director at NursLink. I bring over 20 years’ experience working in Health & Social Care.
My role is to oversee the general operations and that means making sure we have the right people, with the right skills, values and experience, in the right jobs and following the right processes.
My aspiration for the business is that if we get all of the above right, you will feel that. We want your day to be better for every exchange you have with us, whether that be from enjoying your time with your carer or having a laugh with a member of the office team.
I am passionate about what we do, I want my care to grow based on its reputation for the positive difference we make to the people we support.
